My Grandfather was a contractor building new homes in the Smithville & Morgan Park areas of Duluth, MN and after retirement decided to continue working for himself. That meant I was helping whether I wanted to or not. I've always had a passion for this line of work and I will utilize my experience to help you make the right decision when purchasing property.
I am a certified Property Inspector (residential & commercial) through Inspection Certification Associates and insured through OREP (Organization of Real Estate Professionals). I will be thorough and meticulous when evaluating the property and we will go over the results in person after the inspection as well as via a detailed report guaranteed to be sent to you by 8am the following day.
